In many respects they're defined by what they are against as much as what they are for. You can even find them expressing disappointment with a visit to Sheffield (is that ever possible?) due to failure to meet their intended number of ticks.........Luckily I think (the less vocal?) majority just appreciate good beer and thoroughly enjoy events such as these. In many ways the mini fests held by local pubs & bars are the future offering a selection of extremely well chosen beers and much more manageable than some of the "mega fests"6TownsMarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02452239552073393614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6641635852230056644.post-842386356926770622011-05-05T07:41:07.793+01:002011-05-05T07:41:07.793+01:00Good points made there re the general negativity f...Good points made there re the general negativity from so-called 'beer geeks', it seems if if's not Mikkeller this or Brewdog that(and I love both those breweries btw) then it's not cool, bollocks!<br />There are literally hundreds of great beers in the UK and I for one want to see more craft beers from Britain getting the credit they deserve.rabidbarflyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02287790634237896071noreply@blogger.com
